PRIVACY LEGISLATION POLICY

From time to time the Pastoral Counselling Institute will ask you to provide some personal details. The Pastoral Counselling Institute requires the information requested of you in this form in order to provide you with counselling (including communication and claiming through Medicare) and educational services. If you do not provide all the relevant information, then we may not be able to provide such services to you. Please also note that the Pastoral Counselling Institute may be requested to provide your personal information to a third party (eg Uniting Church organisations such as the Uniting Mission and Education and United Theological College, or other educational institutions and accrediting bodies) in order to provide you with educational services as part of your progress towards an Award.
